Course format and laps are described by loop and out-and-back segments. The shorter races use a 0.78 mile base and a 1.56 mile out-and-back; the 5K completes that out-and-back twice and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a 1.09 mile base and a 2.18 mile out-and-back and completes that out-and-back six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
