Gobbler 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon at Ben Geren Regional Park
The Gobbler event is held at Ben Geren Regional Park in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at 7200 Zero St. The program includes three distance options and requires online registration through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Participants are advised to use the parking lot across from the playground.
Race courses are based on short out and back segments that are repeated to reach each advertised distance. Distances offered:
- 5K, two repeats of a 0.78 mile out and back loop
- 10K, four repeats of a 0.78 mile out and back loop
- Half Marathon, six repeats of a 1.09 mile out and back loop
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. The event provides finisher medals and maintains a shirt and gear shop.
