US Road Running - Fort Smith

Event overview
The Eagle race at Ben Geren Regional Park in Fort Smith, Arkansas, is scheduled for July 18, 2026. The event includes three race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 (Half Marathon)
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. The event is organized by US Road Running and includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
Course and logistics
Courses are out-and-back loops with measured segments. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile segment that makes a 1.56 mile out-and-back. The 5K completes that out-and-back two times and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment that makes a 2.18 mile out-and-back and is completed six times for the full 13.1 miles. Course maps are available on MapMyRun.
Packet pickup is available starting 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
