The Medal Madness race takes place on December 6, 2025, in Ocala, Florida, at Baseline Road Trailhead (4255 SE 58th Ave, Ocala, FL 34472). The event is organized by US Road Running and includes the following distances:

Course and logistics
All courses are on paved surfaces. The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back route: the 5K completes the route once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses a separate out-and-back route that is repeated four times. The race has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. Bathrooms are located by the playground at the trailhead. The event offers finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, awards, and series points.
