The Medal Madness event is scheduled for January 24, 2026 in Colonial Heights, Virginia at the Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing Access. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Finisher medals are provided. Additional race services include a shirt and gear shop, a best costume offering, series points, and awards.
Course and race logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course; the 5K completes the course once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back course repeated four times. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. Participants are advised to park at the Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing, where parking is limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
