Half Fast Half : Vadnais Heights, Minnesota
Half Fast Half is a winter road race held in Vadnais Heights with on-site packet pickup and indoor pre-race space in the Vadnais Heights Elementary gym. The event offers three distances on gently rolling, snowy roads; the half marathon course is certified.

Aid stations are placed approximately every 1.5 miles along the courses. A pancake and sausage breakfast is provided after the finish, and a professional race photographer will photograph participants at no extra cost. Warm indoor facilities are available before and after the races for packet pickup and post-race activities.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female athletes in each age group. Age group ribbons attach to finisher medals; overall winners are not eligible for age group awards. Results are provided by an external timing service.
