Hale to the Bird 5K
The Hale to the Bird is a charity 5K run and walk held on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, at Hamlet Park in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, United States. The park address is 8883 Hamlet Ave S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016.
The event offers both in-person and virtual participation and is presented as a 5K run/walk that welcomes runners and walkers. The event began in 2010 and was created by three local individuals to raise money for the Friends In Need Food Shelf. Proceeds from the event benefit that food shelf.
