The Gumbuya World Running Festival takes place on Sunday 12 April 2026 at Gumbuya World Theme Park in Tynong North, Victoria. The event offers road races on fully closed roads followed by access to the theme park. Race entries include full-day park access and exclusive early access for participants before the park opens to the general public.
Location and course
The race starts and finishes at Gumbuya World, 2705 Princes Highway, Tynong North, Victoria. The course heads north from the park along Brew Road toward Tyrnong Quarry, turns back at the halfway mark and finishes inside the theme park.

Pricing is tiered with early bird, standard and late entry levels. Entry fees include the park day pass and race services.
Race services and rules
All distances are chip timed by Multisport Australia. Every participant receives a themed medal, sponsor giveaways, post-race refreshments, a personalised finisher’s certificate and free race-day photos. Multiple on-course water stations will offer water and TailWind Nutrition. The 2 km Family Dash allows an accompanying adult to run with a child; the adult will not be timed and will not receive a finisher’s medal. There is a 1 hour 35 minute cutoff for the 10 km to allow roads to reopen. A photographer will be present on course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
