The Guinness Celtic 5K is a 5-kilometer running event held in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is part of the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown race series. The race has an Irish theme and takes place on the Sunday before the Annual St Patrick's Day Parade.

The race features several participation options:
- Guinness Celtic 5k with Medal
- Guinness Celtic 5k without Medal
- Kids Leprechaun Run (Ages 12 and under), which covers approximately a quarter-mile.
- VIRTUAL Guinness Celtic 5K (No Medal)
Walkers are welcome. A dedicated kids' run is offered for participants aged 12 and under, where parents may run alongside their children. Virtual participation counts toward race series like the Worcester Triple Crown.
The event location is Elm Park, with the start and finish lines on Park Avenue near the intersection with Highland Street. After the race, participants can watch the St Patrick's Day Parade from a beer garden at the finish line.
Registration and Fees
Standard 5K entry fees increase over time, starting from $34. Registration is available online, and walk-up registration is offered on race day, though t-shirts are not guaranteed for walk-up registrants. An optional race medal or a beanie hat can be added during registration.
Packet pickup is available on the Friday and Saturday before the race at Sneakerama in Worcester, as well as on race morning at the venue.
Race Series
The event is the second race in the three-race Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown series. Participants who complete all three races in the series receive a commemorative pint glass at each event and a separate Triple Crown Finisher's Medal at the final race.
