Event Overview

The Guinness Celtic 5K is a 5-kilometer running event held in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is part of the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown race series. The race has an Irish theme and takes place on the Sunday before the Annual St Patrick's Day Parade.

Event Details

The race features several participation options:

  • Guinness Celtic 5k with Medal
  • Guinness Celtic 5k without Medal
  • Kids Leprechaun Run (Ages 12 and under), which covers approximately a quarter-mile.

Walkers are welcome. A dedicated kids' run is offered for participants aged 12 and under, where parents may run alongside their children. Virtual participation counts toward race series like the Worcester Triple Crown.

Packet pickup is available on the Friday and Saturday before the race at Sneakerama in Worcester, as well as on race morning at the venue.

Race Series

The event is the second race in the three-race Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown series. Participants who complete all three races in the series receive a commemorative pint glass at each event and a separate Triple Crown Finisher's Medal at the final race.
