Guinness Celtic 5K : Worcester, MA
The Guinness Celtic 5K takes place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, in Worcester, Massachusetts. The race is based at Elm Park with the start and finish located on Park Avenue near the intersection of Park Avenue and Highland Street. The event is scheduled before the Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. No pets are allowed; service animals are permitted.

- 5K : Guinness Celtic 5K (with or without a finisher's medal) and virtual 5K (no medal)
- ~0.25 mile : Kids Leprechaun Run (open to ages 12 and under; parents may run with their kids)
Registration, fees and packet pickup
Base online registration for the 5K starts at $33 and increases after December 31, 2025. Kids run registration starts at $15. Walk-up entry fees are listed as $45 for the 5K and $20 for the Kids Run. T-shirts are not guaranteed for walk-up registrations. Pre-race packet pickup is offered on the days before the race at Sneakerama, 12 Lake Ave, Worcester, and there is race day packet pickup at Park Ave next to Elm Park. Participants can add a finisher's medal or a Celtic 5K beanie when registering; beanies are available for pickup at packet pickup.
Virtual participation and series
Virtual participants can have shirts mailed if they cannot pick them up and can submit virtual results via the race results page. Virtual entries count toward the event series mentioned by the organizer, including the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown.
Awards and series details
Individual awards include Top 3 Overall and age-group winners in the following groups: Under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. A team award will be given to the top overall team based on chip time; there is no team size limit. The Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown is a 3-race 5K series; full-series participants receive a commemorative pint glass at each race and a finisher's medal at the Worcester Cinco K, which is separate from the optional Guinness Celtic 5K medal.
