Grounded in Community: Coffee Run/Walk 5K is a family-friendly running and walking event held in Westby, Wisconsin on 10/17/2026. The event takes place at 122 Nelson St., Westby, WI 54667. It offers a main 5K and a separate Kids Race. Participants may run, walk, or attend to enjoy coffee and time with family and neighbors.

Proceeds from the event will help fund the development of the Appleby Lookout, a new community gathering and outdoor learning space at Westby Elementary School. The Appleby Lookout is intended to provide a place for students, families, and community members to gather, learn, explore, and connect. The project is being developed through collaboration between Westby Elementary School, IMPACT (Interested and Motivated Parents and Community Together), and community partners.

Registration details are provided for each event entry. The 5K has a registration fee of $30.00; its registration opens 8/17/2026 and closes 9/24/2026. The Kids Race has no registration fee; its registration opens 8/17/2026 and closes 10/17/2026.
