Event overview
The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and Groton Utilities present the Groton City Brew Run on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Eastern Point Beach, 1 Beach Pond Road, Groton, CT 06340. The event features a 5K run and walk followed by a brewfest with music and food. Runners and walkers use a single mass start. Tech shirts are offered for 5K participants while supplies last and are distributed based on order of registration. A free kids' run is offered with required pre-registration.

- 5K ONLY: Price $29 (price increases after August 23, 2026)
- Beer Garden Access Only: Price $34 (open to ages 21 to 99; price increases after August 22, 2026)
- 5K AND Beer Garden Access: Price $41 (open to ages 21 to 99; price increases after August 23, 2026)
- Kids' Run: Price $0 (registration ends September 12, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT)
Logistics
Packet pickup is available on race day and there are early pickup dates at the City of Groton Municipal Lobby, 295 Meridian Street:
- Thursday, September 4: 3:00pm - 7:00pm
- Friday, September 5: 7:00am - 7:00pm
