The event is a 10 km road race held in Grittleton, Wiltshire, with registration and the venue at Grittleton Village Hall, SN14 6AW. The course is described as fast and predominantly flat and carries a Certificate of Course Accuracy number 25/383.

On-site services and features include chip timing, distance markers every kilometre, medals for all finishers, optional medal personalisation via iTaB for an additional charge, spectator-friendly routing, toilets, parking on fields with attendants, and on-site refreshments. Race photography is provided and a partner offers discounted training plans to entrants. The organisers request marshals and volunteers and offer free entries to helpers for future similar events.
