The event is a 10 km road race held at Grittleton Village Hall, Grittleton, Wiltshire SN14 6AW, near Chippenham. The course is described as fast and predominantly flat and has a Certificate of Course Accuracy number 25/383.
The race uses chip timing and includes distance markers every kilometre. Finishers receive a medal, with an optional iTaB personalization available for £8 that engraves name, position, finish time and optional splits on a plate fitted to the medal. Race bibs and timing chips are not posted; these are collected at registration on race day. There will be an information desk at registration and a briefing 15 minutes before the event.
On-site facilities and services include parking on the field and on a field opposite the village hall with directions from parking attendants, toilets, food and drink vendors, and race photography. The event is described as spectator friendly. A race information letter is issued about 7 to 10 days before the event.
Organisers offer training-plan support through a partnership with Brownlee Fitness, with a discount available to entrants who sign up for a plan. Klarna is offered as a payment option to allow instalments with no added interest. Volunteers and marshals are requested and may receive free entries to future similar events.
