Greyhound Family Fun Run
The Inaugural Greyhound Family Fun Run is a multi-distance event held in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. The course is designed to be family friendly and takes participants on a route through the downtown area, primarily utilizing city sidewalks. During the event, participants encounter different sections of the course where bursts of color are incorporated into the experience.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5k Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile Run (specifically for children ages 14 and under)
The registration fee for the 5k Run/Walk includes a race t-shirt. For the 1 Mile Run, parents are permitted to run alongside their children if necessary, and this distance also includes a t-shirt for the participant.
All proceeds from the event are directed toward the local elementary PTO. These funds are used to support various teacher appreciation events and family-oriented activities throughout the school year. The event takes place at 805 Greyhound Drive.
