Greenwich Junior Aquathlon
Organised by Greenwich Tritons, this juniors only aquathlon takes place in the grounds of Colfe's School in Lee, South East London (postcode SE12 8AW). The event is part of Triathlon England London Region's Junior Race Series.
Competitors swim in the leisure centre's 25m pool and then complete a run on grass and tarmac paths around the playing fields. Race distances are set by age group to provide a progressive format for younger athletes.
Distances by age group:
- Tristart (age 8): swim 50 m, run 500 m
- Tristar 1 (ages 9-10): swim 150 m, run 1500 m
- Tristar 2 (ages 11-12): swim 200 m, run 2000 m
- Tristar 3 (ages 13-14): swim 300 m, run 3000 m
- Youth (ages 15-16) and Junior (ages 17-19): swim 400 m, run 4000 m
The entry fee for all ages is £25. Entry closes on 28th May 2026 at 09:00. Event t-shirts are available for purchase at £13 in sizes Small, Medium, Large and X Large. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
