Greenwich Junior Aquathlon
Greenwich Tritons organise a juniors only aquathlon in the grounds of Colfe's School in Lee, South East London. The event is part of Triathlon England London Region's Junior Race Series and is open to competitors across a range of junior age groups.
The swim takes place in the leisure centre's 25 m pool. The run follows grass and tarmac paths around the school's playing fields. Race distances are allocated by age as follows:
- Tristart (age 8): swim 50 m, run 500 m
- Tristar 1 (ages 9-10): swim 150 m, run 1500 m
- Tristar 2 (ages 11-12): swim 200 m, run 2000 m
- Tristar 3 (ages 13-14): swim 300 m, run 3000 m
- Youth (ages 15-16) and Junior (ages 17-19): swim 400 m, run 4000 m
The entry fee for all age groups is £25. Event t-shirts are available to purchase from the event store for £13. Entry closes on 17 May 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
