Green Monster Trail Challenge
The Green Monster Trail Challenge is a trail running event near Wellsboro, PA in the Tioga State Forest north of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. The event is organized by the Tyoga Running Club and offers multiple distance options on mountain single track and mixed trails.
The course includes rolling single track, steep climbs, numerous stream crossings, and technical descents. Aid stations are maintained by local clubs and volunteers and provide nutrition and support along the course. The event features post race food and beverages, music and entertainment, race day shirts, Darn Tough socks, finisher medals, and additional giveaways.
Key logistical details include a field capacity limit of 350 participants, no day of registration, and a first come first served wait-list when the field is full.
