Green Door 5K/10K/1 Mile Fun Run - Rockwall, TX
The Green Door event takes place on April 18, 2026 at Harry Myers Park in Rockwall, Texas. The event is hosted by Children’s Relief International and supports the organization’s Green Door Project. It offers both in-person and virtual options.

In-person 5K and 10K runners follow a loop through Harry Myers Park and nearby neighborhoods. Virtual participants may complete their race on a self-chosen course. Pre-registration includes a race t-shirt if registration is completed by March 17, 2026; race day registration is available. Age based discounts apply: children 9 and under are free, and ages 10-15 register for $10.
Awards are limited to in-person 5K and 10K participants and include overall male and female winners plus age-group awards beginning at 11 and under and continuing through 70 and over. Course maps are provided for the 5K, 10K and 1 Mile routes. Packet pickup details are listed as TBD. Organizers plan to hold the event rain or shine, provided conditions are safe.
