Event overview
The Holly Jolly 5K & Fun Run takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in downtown Allen, Texas (100 E Main Street, corner of Main Street and Austin Drive). Packet pick up is scheduled on Wednesday, December 3 and Thursday, December 4 at Allen Parks and Recreation Administrative Building (301 Century Parkway, Allen). Race day packet pick up is at a white tent in downtown Allen (corner of S Ash Drive and E Main Street). Free parking is available in downtown Allen on a first-come basis. A free shuttle is provided from Lowrey Freshman Center (368 N Greenville Avenue).
Awards are given for overall and age-group finishers in the timed 5K, with age groups listed down to 7 & under and up through 80+. Separate masters and grand masters categories are defined by age. Awards must be collected in person at the ceremony; they will not be mailed. Each participant receives a long-sleeve custom race shirt (youth and adult sizes available). When registering, participants can designate Allen ISD or Lovejoy ISD; $5 from those registrations is directed to the chosen school’s physical education program.
