Holly Jolly 5K & Fun Run
This event in Allen, Texas features a family-friendly fun run plus timed and untimed 5K race options. The fun run is non-competitive and intended for beginners and young families. The timed 5K uses timing chips attached to race bibs and records finish results; awards are given by age group. The untimed 5K allows participants to complete the 3.1 mile distance without official timing.

Registration opens and closes on specified dates for each event and fees vary by race category. When registering online, participants may select an Allen ISD or Lovejoy ISD school; five dollars from the registration will be directed to the selected school’s physical education program.
After the running events there is an annual tree lighting and holiday festival. The festival program includes Santa, light-up displays, crafts, food trucks, and entertainment.
The event has a weather policy: start times may be delayed by up to one hour, the course may be shortened or altered for participant safety, and the event may be cancelled if conditions are unsafe. Event changes and cancellations are made at the discretion of the race director.
