Great Pumpkin Chase
The Great Pumpkin Chase is a fall trail running event held at Lake Elmo Park Reserve in Lake Elmo, Minnesota (1515 Keats Ave). The event offers multiple race options on natural, rolling trails with seasonal foliage.
Distances include:
- Kids Trail Fun Run .5 mile
- 5K 3.1 miles
- 10K 6.2 miles
- Double Up complete the 10K and then the 5K
The course features rolling hills and natural trail surfaces. Aid stations are located approximately every 1.5 miles and provide water and Hammer Electrolytes. Well behaved, leashed dogs are permitted and walkers are welcome. Parking is available for a one day pass fee; breakfast is available to spectators for an additional fee.
Race packets include a race bib, timing chip, and optional event shirt. A professional photographer will be on site at no additional cost to participants. Official results are provided by FrontrunnerUSA.
Awards are given to top overall male and female finishers and the top three male and female runners in each age group. Fun run participants receive finisher medals and age group winners receive ribbons. Winners must be present to receive awards or pay shipping costs if awards are mailed.
