Great Pumpkin 5K
The Great Pumpkin 5K is a fall fun run held in Logan, Utah, in partnership with the Center Street Giant Pumpkin Festival. The course starts in downtown Logan and passes the restored homes on historic Center Street. Because of festival load-in, the start and finish have been moved to the parking lot behind Sol Speak Yoga, located at 60 West 100 North, STE 120, Logan, UT 84321; the course otherwise remains largely the same.
There are two divisions:
- Great Pumpkin 5K
- Haul a Pumpkin 5K with pumpkins provided at check-in
Registration includes entry to the fun run, a SWAG bag, an official race bib, and raffle entry. The event is organized as a fun run and does not provide official finisher times. Registration fees differ by division.
The run is scheduled on the same day as the Center Street Giant Pumpkin Festival, which features family activities, a Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off, food trucks, and face painting. The festival typically hosts over one hundred vendors and brings a large number of visitors to downtown Logan. Packet pickup and race logistics are based at Sol Speak Yoga behind the studio by Logan Rocks.
The Great Pumpkin 5K is also listed as the first race in a local Holiday Racing Series, which offers a discount for registering for the full series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
