Event overview
The AJ Bell Great Manchester Run is a road running event in Manchester offering a 10k and a half marathon. Practical information
Entries are open to runners aged 15 and over for the 10k and 17 and over for the half marathon on race day. A booking fee applies at checkout. Race numbers with timing chips are posted to entrants around 1-2 weeks before the event; last-minute or overseas entries will need to collect their race number on the morning of the event. Baggage buses are provided close to the start - Deansgate for the half marathon and Hardman Street and Jackson’s Row for the 10k. Official event day photos and results are available via the Great Run app and the event website. Finishers receive a medal, and there is an optional finisher t-shirt and a finisher’s bag.
