AdventHealth Great Clermont Triathlon
The AdventHealth Great Clermont Triathlon is a multi-event triathlon festival held at Clermont Waterfront Park in Clermont, FL. The event includes International (Olympic) distance racing as well as a full program of sprint-distance events and standalone swim and run options.
The swim course is a single 1500 meter triangular lap in Lake Minneola, swum counter-clockwise with buoys kept to the swimmer's left. Projected water temperatures are listed in the range of 68 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit and wetsuit use follows USAT rules.
The bike course for the International distance covers 40K and begins by traveling around Lake Minneola, continues on an out-and-back toward Cherry Lake, and returns to Waterfront Park. The 10K run is an out-and-back loop on the South Lake Trail.
