Courses and race details

SWIM: The 1500 meter swim is a triangular course in Lake Minneola. Swimmers complete one counter-clockwise lap, keeping buoys to their left. Projected water temperature is 68-78 F and wetsuit use follows USAT rules.
BIKE: The 40K bike course begins by traveling counter-clockwise around Lake Minneola, continues on an out-and-back section toward Cherry Lake, then returns to Waterfront Park.
RUN: The 10K run is an out-and-back loop on the South Lake Trail.

Participants receive a finisher medal and event shirt; a post-race food tent is provided. The course is described as accurately measured and monitored.
