The Great Allegheny Ohiopyle Race Festival is a trail running event in Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania on May 2, 2026. It includes multiple distances held on the same out-and-back rail-trail that starts and finishes at 7 Sheridan Street.

The marathon is two loops of the half marathon and is certified as a Boston Marathon qualifier (certificate PA22009NP). The 5K goes out 1.55 miles and returns; the 10K goes out 3.1 miles and returns; the half goes out 6.55 miles and returns. Aid stations with water and Gatorade are provided at about two-mile intervals. The course is 100% hard packed trail with a crushed limestone surface; regular racing shoes are suitable.
Entries include a race t-shirt, finisher medal and running socks. Additional amenities listed include live/text/email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs if registered at least three weeks in advance. There is no formal awards ceremony; awards may be picked up after finishing. Top overall and age-group awards are listed for the races and combo options. An optional early start is available for half and full participants; there are no early starts for the 5K and 10K and early starters are not eligible for awards.
