Grasshopper Peak Redwoods Run
The Grasshopper Peak Redwoods Run is in its 10th year and is organized by the Six Rivers Running Club. It takes place in Humboldt Redwoods State Park near Weott, California.
The event offers two distances: a 30K and a 10.5 mile run. Both courses involve climbing Grasshopper Peak and finish with a gentle descent into a grove of old-growth Redwood trees in the Bull Creek Flats area of the park.
Online registration closes on June 3. Participants who register by May 1 are guaranteed a t-shirt. There is no in-person registration available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
