Event overview

The Grasshopper Peak Redwoods Run is set for June 6, 2026 in Humboldt Redwoods State Park near Weott, CA. The event is organized by the Six Rivers Running Club and marks the 10th year of the race. The organizers note they have covered more than 100 miles of trails in the park over the last decade and selected routes from those trails.

Both courses climb Grasshopper Peak and then descend to finish in a grove of old-growth redwood trees at Bull Creek Flats. The course descriptions specify an uphill section to the peak followed by a gentle descent to the finish area.
