Run 10 miles or 20 miles along the scenic Granite Way from Okehampton, soaking up views of Dartmoor and the Devon countryside. All finishers get a medal and the friendly event provides water stations, medical support and a cafe finish.

Event details

The Granite Way 10 and 20 Miles is a running event on Sunday 8 March 2026. The race headquarters and start are at Granite Way Cafe, Klondyke Road, Okehampton, EX20 1EW. Runners must be at least 17 years old on the day. All finishers receive a Granite Way medal. Results are published after the race via email and on Webscorer.

Course and facilities

The route follows the Granite Way footpath and cycleway through Devon with views of Dartmoor and surrounding countryside. The organiser provides water stations and medical assistance on course. Facilities at the finish commonly include toilets, a water station, a recovery area, a medical station, and a bag store. Route maps and a certificate of course accuracy are available for the event.

Entry and fundraising

Entry can be made by booking a normal place or by taking a charity place with Exeter City Community Trust. Charity places carry a minimum fundraising pledge of £100 for the 10 mile and £200 for the 20 mile (excluding gift aid).
