Event

The Granite Way 10 and 20 Miles is a running event along the Granite Way footpath and cycleway in Devon, with views of Dartmoor and surrounding countryside. It takes place on 8 March 2026 and is organised by Exeter City Community Trust. The race headquarters is at Granite Way Cafe, Klondyke Road, Okehampton, EX20 1EW. Runners must be at least 17 years old on the day.

Entry, fundraising and race services

There are two entry routes: book a personal place or secure a charity place through the Trust. Charity places have minimum fundraising pledges of £100 for the 10 mile and £200 for the 20 mile (excluding gift aid). England Athletics members receive a discounted entry rate for the organiser’s licensed events. All finishers receive a Granite Way finisher medal. Course maps, a certificate of course accuracy and race instructions are published by the organiser. Results are shared via Webscorer after the race.

Course support and finish facilities

Course support typically includes water stations and medical assistance. Finish-area facilities commonly include toilets, a water station, a recovery area, a medical station and a bag store.
