OhioHealth Grandview Yard Half & Quarter Marathon
The OhioHealth Grandview Yard Half & Quarter Marathon is scheduled for August 23, 2026, in Grandview Yard, Grandview Heights, Ohio. The event benefits the Upper Arlington Foundation and uses Ray E. DeGraw Park in Grandview Yard as the start and finish location.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon : 13.1 miles
- Quarter Marathon : 6.55 miles
- Purple Heart 5K : 3.1 miles
The courses tour Grandview Heights, Marble Cliff, Upper Arlington and The Ohio State University. The event includes a Byers Xtra Mile Finish Line Party and a Diamond Cellar VIP Experience. Diamond Cellar offers free medal engraving for finishers at its Sawmill Road location, 6280 Sawmill Rd., Dublin, OH 43017, anytime after the race.
Participants receive an event short sleeve shirt, an official finisher's medal and a race bib. Free race photos are provided courtesy of OhioHealth. Post-race refreshments and items listed for the event have included slices of Jet’s Pizza, Panera bagels, Tropical Smoothie samples and nonalcoholic beverages from Go Brewing.
The half marathon course is open and fully supported for 3 hours, 45 minutes, equivalent to a pace of 17 minutes, 10 seconds per mile. Runners not on pace at 8.9 miles may be rerouted to an 11-mile course; rerouted participants receive an official finisher's medal. Event registration policies include a no-refund rule, bib transfers for a fee, allowance of strollers and a prohibition on pets except for service animals trained to assist a person with a disability.
