UTAH 115 by Grand to Grand Ultra - Kanab, Utah
UTAH 115 is a multi-distance ultramarathon held in Kanab, Utah, featuring out-and-back courses that traverse high desert terrain. Distances offered:

- 50 miles
- 50 km
Cutoff times are 50 hours for the 115-mile race, 20 hours for the 50-mile race and 13 hours for the 50 km. The starting line is in Kanab at an elevation of 4,970 feet (1,515 meters) and all courses finish back in Kanab.
The route includes hard-packed and soft sand, sand dunes, the Coral Pink Sand Dunes on the 115-mile course, red-rock climbs, forest trails, rocky roads, double-track and canyons. Runners may encounter wildlife such as bighorn sheep, mule deer, jackrabbits, coyotes and desert flora. Course markings are placed at intervals of about 50 to 100 yards and may include reflective markers, LED lights or glow sticks; participants must carry a light for unlit markers.
Aid stations are for runners, pacers and volunteers only. Typical supplies may include water, electrolyte drinks, hot drinks at night, daytime and nighttime food items, breakfast on later mornings, and shared sleeping aid stations with pads and blankets; sleeping at these stations is limited to three hours. Cell service may be unavailable at some aid stations.
Registration has no specific qualification requirement beyond a minimum age of 18; the organizer may refuse entry. The event is USATF sanctioned. Finishers receive buckles or medals by distance and top finishers receive complimentary entries to future Grand to Grand events. Drop bag rules include a single bag per runner per aid station, maximum size 12 x 20 x 12 inches, and clear labeling with runner identification and bib number.
