UTAH 115 by Grand to Grand Ultra in Kanab, Utah
UTAH 115 is a high desert ultramarathon event held in Kanab, Utah from 15 to 17 May 2026. The event offers three out and back race options that start and finish in Kanab and travel into remote parts of the Colorado Plateau. Terrain includes hard packed and soft sand, sand dunes, forest trails, red rock climbs, rocky roads, double track and canyon sections. The start area sits at about 4,970 feet (1,515 meters) elevation.
Race formats and cut offs:
- 115 miles out and back course, 50 hour cut off
- 50 miles out and back course, 20 hour cut off
- 50 km out and back course, 13 hour cut off
Aid stations provide water, electrolyte drinks, soda and hot drinks at night; food options include fruit, sandwiches, snacks, hot soup and breakfast items at later aid stations. Some aid stations offer shared tent space with sleeping pads and blankets and a maximum three hour sleep limit at sleeping aid stations. Drop bag rules limit size and quantity and require clear labeling; unclaimed bags may be donated or disposed of. Parking is available at the race start and limited on site RV spaces may be reserved for a fee. On site tent rentals and RV parking options are available with published event fees.
