The Grand Rapids Trail Run offers multiple trail distances on the Robinette's Nature Trail at Robinette's Apple Haus & Winery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The event includes a 5K, a 9K, a 9K ruck category, and an 18K course.

Courses run on dirt and rooty single-track trails and use the main loop at Robinette's Nature Trail. The 9K loop shows about 500 feet of elevation gain. Historic average temperatures for the day range between 63 and 83 degrees.

Participants receive a finisher medal and a tri-blend event tee for all distances. Awards are given for first through third place in each distance, and the 18K includes a last place trophy. Ruck finishers receive a Grand Rapids 9K ruck patch.
