The 23rd annual Grand Rapids Marathon takes place on October 18, 2026 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The event is held at 475 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. The race organization was founded in 2004 and is presented by University of Michigan Health - West.

Entry fees listed on the registration site include $125 for the marathon, $105 for the half marathon, $312.50 for the marathon relay, $125 for the handcycle marathon, and $47.50 for each 5K and 10K. Some event fees increase on specified dates later in 2025 and 2026. Marathon and half marathon entries are shown as open to ages 1 to 99. Relay team captains register and teammates add themselves to the team during registration.
Course maps, packet pickup, race day details, and travel information are available on the event website. Race insurance is offered through RunSignUp. Awards for marathon, half marathon, and relay are mailed; 5K and 10K age group awards can be picked up at the YMCA.
