Granby Road Race
The Granby Road Race takes place on May 1, 2027 in Granby, Connecticut. Proceeds benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign to support participation in YMCA programs and services regardless of ability to pay.
Both the 5K and 10K start just south of Granby Middle School on Route 10 and finish at Granby Memorial High School via the semi-circle driveway in front of the school. The 5K runs partly on local roads and partly through Salmon Brook Park, where participants complete a loop before returning to Route 10 and heading north to the finish.
The 10K follows local roads and includes more than two miles through the McLean Game Refuge, offering a mix of road and trail terrain before returning to Route 10 and the finish at the high school. The course will close at 10:00 AM; participants are encouraged to choose the race option that best suits their pace.
A separate Kids 1 Mile starts and finishes in front of Granby Memorial Middle School, using a loop across the fields behind the schools. Parents may line the course to watch and cheer.
