Grainger County Runs for H.O.P.E - 2nd Annual 5k Run/Walk
This event is the second annual 5K run and walk held in Bean Station to support Grainger County Cancer Connect. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit people in Grainger County who are living with a cancer diagnosis. The event is hosted at 785 Main St, Bean Station, TN 37708.
The event is open to all ages and to both runners and walkers. A kid's mile is included in the program. The previous year saw over 220 registered walkers and runners. Organizers note that cancer affects all age groups and that incidence has increased in the local community in recent years.
