About the race
The Good & Young Spirit 5K is a community fundraising event benefiting St. Leo Youth Group and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). It takes place at Falling Springs Recreation Center in Versailles, Kentucky, with the course run on paved roadway and trail surfaces within the recreation area.
Event options include:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- Kid's Dash (1/4 mile)
The 5K is a competitive, timed run/walk with awards for the top three male and female finishers overall and first-place male and female in the following age groups: 0-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+. The Kid's Dash is for children 12 and under and is described as a non-competitive distance for younger participants.
Registration details are provided by the organizer; registration opens on 6/10/2026 and closes on 9/30/2026. Entry fees listed are $20.00 for the 5K and $12.00 for the Kid's Dash. Race registration includes a commemorative T-shirt while supplies last, with youth sizes S-L and unisex sizes S-2XL noted.
