Goliathon : Obstacle course run in Mullica Hill, NJ
Goliathon is a non-profit, family-friendly, ninja warrior style obstacle course run held at the Gloucester County Fairgrounds in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The course is approximately four miles long and includes 12 tiered obstacles organized by difficulty levels: G1 = easy, G2 = difficult, G3 = extreme.
Participants must be at least 10 years old; runners aged 10 to 14 must be accompanied by a registered adult for the entire course. The event provides 1 to 2 water stations and first aid stations on the course. Completing all G3 obstacles earns free entry into a future event.
The event supports individual and team participation. Teams can be created at registration and may include as few as two participants; team members may choose different obstacle tiers as they move through the course together. Teams with at least three females and three males are automatically entered into the team competition. Final team scores total the points earned by the top three females and top three males on each team. Scoring per obstacle is G3 = 5 points, G2 = 3 points, G1 = 1 point. Only successful attempts count and each obstacle allows a single attempt. Obstacles count toward a final score only if completed within four hours from leaving the starting corral.
On event day there is on-site parking for a fee, a spectator check-in fee and music and food available after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
