The Golden Eagle Track Fest & 5K takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Cal State LA. The 5K starts and finishes inside Jessie Owens Stadium and follows a course across the CSULA campus main boardwalk, passing campus monuments including the MLK and Ruben Salazar buildings. The 5K will be chip timed through Aztlan Athletics and results will be available at the registration area after finishing. Water and electrolytes are provided on the 5K route and on the track; snacks and recovery drinks must be consumed off the track in the concourse. A first aid team will be positioned on the north side of the track and will also rove the 5K course. Packet pick up for 5K includes a medal, race bib, and a T-shirt while supplies last. Parking is available in the structure behind the stadium (lot K), accessible from University Drive off the 10 Freeway. Registration closes December 12, 2025.
