The Gold Coast T100 is a multi-sport festival held at Broadwater Parklands in Queensland, Australia. The event features a variety of triathlon distances and a standalone running race, taking place on a course known for its flat terrain. The bike and run segments follow the coastline, starting at the Parklands and finishing in Surfers Paradise.
Participants can choose from the following event distances:
- 100km Triathlon: A 2km swim, 80km bike, and 18km run.
- Olympic Triathlon: A 1.5km swim, 40km bike, and 10km run.

Alongside the amateur competitions, the weekend includes professional racing as part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour.
