2026 GOCA Teal Trot 5K Walk/Run
The 2026 GOCA Teal Trot is a 5K walk/run hosted by the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Chastain Park in Atlanta. The event uses a USATF-certified course (GA24037WC) and serves as an official qualifier for the 2027 Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race. Both in-person participation at the Blue Parking Lots (4500 Stella Drive Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30327) and a virtual option are offered.
The event supports GOCA’s education, awareness, and patient outreach programs. Fundraising activity is part of the event structure, with a stated goal of $150,000 and $3,675.51 raised to date. Team fundraising is encouraged and prizes are planned for the top individual fundraiser and the top fundraising team.
Event policies note that ovarian cancer survivors and patients may register at no cost using the promo code SURVIVOR. Child registration fees are listed by age: children 0–5 are free, children 6–12 are $25, and those 13 and older follow adult pricing. Strollers and leashed pets are permitted on course.
