2026 GOCA Teal Trot 5K Walk/Run
The GOCA Teal Trot is a five kilometer walk and run held on September 19, 2026, at Chastain Park, Blue Parking Lots, 4500 Stella Drive Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30327. The event is offered both in person and as a virtual option.
The course is USATF certified and serves as an official qualifier for the 2027 Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race. Course information and the certification reference are available under the event materials.
The event brings together the ovarian cancer community, runners, walkers, and supporters from across the state. Ovarian cancer survivors and patients may participate at no cost by using the Promo Code SURVIVOR; the organizer requests survivors register separately to ensure proper tracking. Strollers and leashed pets are allowed on course.
Fundraising supports the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance. Current fundraising figures show $4,707.93 raised toward a $150,000 goal. The event includes peer to peer fundraising and team options, with recognition for top fundraisers and top teams.
