Gobble Waddle 5K/10K, 18th Annual
The Gobble Waddle is the 18th annual run/walk presented by HealthQuest Fitness and Wellness Center in Smithfield, North Carolina. The event takes place at 218 S. 2nd St., Smithfield, NC 27577, and includes both a timed run and a fun walk. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome; dogs must be friendly, kept on a fixed leash, and owners must pick up after their pets.
Participants are encouraged to bring at least five canned food items to donate. Donations can be dropped off at the event or at HealthQuest in advance and will support local food bank agencies and the SECU Hospice House.

- All transaction fees included Entry fees are non-refundable. T-shirt sizes are first-come, first-served; registrations after October 15 may not receive preferred sizes.

Registration and fees:
- Registration opens July 1, 2026.
- 5K: $35 until October 15, $40 October 16–November 21.
- 10K: $45 until October 15, $50 October 16–November 21.
Early packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, November 20 at HealthQuest Fitness & Wellness Center from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
Awards include Top Overall Male and Female for both distances, age-group awards for the top two male and female finishers in each listed group, and team awards for Largest Team, Most Creative Team Name, and Most Team Spirit. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
