Event Details
The Go Run Anniversary 5k is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2026. It takes place at Tamiami Park in Miami. This is described as the 10th annual edition of the event.
Race Events
The event includes four separate activities:
- A 5K Run.
- A 5K Walk.
- A 5K Wheelchair event.
- A Kids Dash.
The course is described as flat.
Charity Information
All funds from the event go to the Go Run Foundation. The foundation supports projects in the USA, Costa Rica, and Colombia, with a focus on helping children through donations, education via sport, and efforts to keep children in school.
Participant Information
A technical shirt is offered to the first 1,000 participants, though race-day registrants are not guaranteed a shirt or their correct size. Medals are also limited to the first 1,000 participants.
Important Notes
A heat warning is provided, noting that temperatures and humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants are advised to drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids before, during, and after the race, and to wear loose, light-colored clothing.
