Go for Bo! 2026
Go for Bo! 2026 is a community running event on September 12, 2026, held at Stafford Regional Airport in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The event offers multiple short-distance races for a range of participants and takes place on a course described as fast and flat on the airport runway and taxiway.

The 5K course is USATF certified and routed on the runway and taxiway at Stafford Regional Airport. The event began to support children and families in Bo, Sierra Leone, and has worked for more than a decade in partnership with Helping Children Worldwide and Ebenezer Church. Organizers report donations of more than $250,000 to support hospital construction, an ambulance, and child care in Bo. The partnership is expanding to support education, family stability, maternal health, and childhood nutrition initiatives.
The event is part of the 2026 Stafford Race Series. Prize information for top finishers is published for the event with total cash awards of $1,000 distributed among top male and female finishers.
