Go for Bo! 2026 is scheduled for September 12, 2026 in Fredericksburg, VA at Stafford Regional Airport (95 Aviation Way, Fredericksburg, VA 22406). The event includes the following distances:

- Tot Dash
The Stafford school employees 5K registration opens January 1, 2026, is limited to 150 spots, and is open to ages 18 and older. The Tot Dash is open to children age 6 and under. Registering by August 23, 2026 guarantees a race t-shirt. Packet pickup is available on September 10 at Fleet Feet Fredericksburg (1993 Carl D. Silver Parkway), September 11 at Ebenezer UMC (161 Embrey Mill Road, Stafford), and on race day at Stafford Regional Airport.
Course, purpose and prizes
The 5K course is on the runway and taxiway at Stafford Regional Airport and is USATF certified; organizers describe the course as fast and flat. The event supports children and families in Bo, Sierra Leone through a long-term partnership between Ebenezer Church and Helping Children Worldwide. Organizers report more than $250,000 donated to hospital and child-care projects to date. The race series offers $1,000 in total cash prizes for top finishers, with set amounts for first, second, and third places for male and female runners.
