Go Blue! Go Green! 5k Run & Walk
This event is a pair of team-based 5k run/walk options held on October 17, 2026 at the Memorial Healthcare Wellness Center, 819 N. Shiawassee St., Owosso, MI 48867. Participants choose either the Go Green! 5k or the Go Blue! 5k.

Registration opens on June 5, 2026 and the event uses tiered pricing. Early registration offers a lower fee and a guaranteed shirt by the October 4 deadline. Later registration options are available with variable fees and shirt availability. Group discounts are offered: a per person discount for registering together and an additional team discount for groups of five or more with automatic adjustments during registration.
The course is on pavement using sidewalks and streets and includes easy to read signage, mile markers, and volunteers along the route. The event is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation with live results at the event and official results posted afterward. All participants registered by October 4 receive a team shirt and all finishers receive a medal. Before and after the event participants may use Memorial Healthcare Wellness Center facilities including an indoor track, fitness equipment, locker rooms, showers, sauna, steam rooms, and an 89 degree therapy pool.
