Glenrothes 10k
The Glenrothes Road Running Festival is organised by the Fife Olympiad SCIO Committee in conjunction with the Fife Sports and Leisure Trust. The festival takes place at the Michael Woods Sports and Leisure Centre in Glenrothes on 14 June 2026.
The event includes the following races:
- 10 km - open to anyone over 15 on the day
- 4 km - aimed at school age children
- 2 km - entry available at reception and on the day
- 200 m junior jog - for under fives on the running track
Entry details and pricing are set in advance. Early bird registration carries a 12% discount until 1 April, after which the standard online price is £25. SA members receive a £2 discount. Online entries close on 12 June 2026 at midnight. A number of places will be available for purchase on the morning of the event in the games hall at a higher price and issued on a first come first served basis.
Prize policy notes that runners in the Non binary category are not eligible for prizes in the Male or Female categories and that no prizes will be awarded for any category with fewer than three entrants. The event lists a total of 500 places and the organiser welcomes volunteers to assist as stewards or marshals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
