Glenrothes 10k Road Race
The Glenrothes Road Running Festival is a multi-race event held at the Michael Woods Sports and Leisure Centre in Glenrothes. In 2026, it celebrated its 43rd year. The event is organized by the Fife Olympiad SCIO Committee in conjunction with the Fife Sports and Leisure Trust.
The festival includes several races:
- 10k Road Race: Open to participants aged 15 and over. The standard entry fee is £22.00 (£20.00 for SA members).
- 4k Road Race: Aimed at school-age children. It starts at 10:50 AM.
- 2k Fun Run: A family-friendly race where participants can run, walk, or jog. It starts at 9:45 AM.
- 200m Junior Jog: A race for children under five years old, held on the running track. It starts at 10:15 AM.
