Glen Acres 5K
The event offers a 5K and a 1K Fun Run or walk through the Glen Acres community in West Chester, PA. It is organized by the Glen Acres Elementary Running Club and PTO and has been held for more than a decade. The event benefits the Glen Acres PTO.
Location: 1150 Delancey Place, West Chester, PA, USA, 19382.
Entry fee is $15 per participant for pre-registration. In-person registration on the day of the event is $20 per participant. This is not a drop off event. An adult must accompany any child running or walking the course, and a parent must register with the child even if the child is walking.
Official time will be available for all runners. Awards total 14 medals: first-place male and female overall among grades K to 5, plus first-place male and female in each grade from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Students from Glen Acres Elementary are explicitly welcomed to participate in the 5K.
