Give NCW Turkey Trot
The Give NCW Turkey Trot is hosted by the Community Foundation of North Central Washington and is the fourth annual Turkey Trot that launches the Give NCW community giving campaign, which is now in its eleventh year. The event is tied to the Give NCW campaign and supports nonprofit organizations across North Central Washington.
The event takes place on Thanksgiving, November 26, 2026, with packet pickup at Pybus Public Market the day before and again on race day.

All races begin and end near Pybus Public Market. The 5K and 10K follow the Apple Capital Loop Trail along the Wenatchee riverfront; the Kids Fun Run uses a short course near the market grounds. Course maps and final race-day details are shared with registered participants.
Friendly dogs are welcome on leash; a $5 registration fee enrolls a dog for a complimentary Turkey Trot bandana and a raffle entry. Strollers are allowed in the 5K and 10K. The 5K and 10K are professionally timed and results are available after the race. Commemorative headbands are limited and available to registered 5K and 10K participants while supplies last. Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and 100% of registration fees support the Give NCW Give to All Fund. Since 2023 registrations have contributed over $88,000 to 121 nonprofits.
Volunteers help create the event experience. The Turkey Trot is held rain, snow, or shine unless conditions create a significant safety concern.
