About the race
The Give n' Gobble Turkey Trot - Sherwood is the 20th annual community running event held in Sherwood, Oregon on November 26, 2026. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation options and includes multiple course choices.
Available distances:
- 5K
- 10K
Registration accepts Family, Team, and Individual entries. A family discount applies when multiple registrants live in the same household and are registered together. A team discount applies for teams with more than 10 members. Registration windows vary by event type.
There are two packet pickup and food donation options. One option is the Saturday before Thanksgiving at Sherwood Regional Family YMCA, 23000 SW Pacific Highway, Sherwood, OR 97140, with a midday pickup window. The other option is pickup on race morning at Sherwood High School. Participants who bring a bag of nonperishable food, or three cans, or a box of cereal (or more) may receive a shirt at pickup. If a registration used a sponsor code, the bib and shirt will be available only on race day in the event VIP area.
The race is planned to take place in Sherwood, with the location expected to be Sherwood High School rather than Sherwood Middle School; final venue confirmation will be provided closer to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
