Givaudan Ashford 10k
The Givaudan Ashford 10k is an organized road race based at the Julie Rose Stadium in Ashford, Kent. The route is run entirely on closed roads through the town and starts and finishes on the athletics track at the stadium. Runners return to the stadium to run down the finishing straight with spectators trackside and in the stands.
Every finisher receives a specially commissioned medal. The course is a fairly flat 10 km route with some gentle undulations, described as suitable for beginners and for runners aiming for quick times. The event includes music and race commentary and is delivered in partnership with Ashford AC.
Venue facilities listed for the event include toilets, a car park and refreshments. Advanced entry fees are £24 for affiliated club members and £26 for unaffiliated entrants.
