5K Celebration - Confidence through Accomplishment
The 5K Celebration is a season closing event held by Girls on the Run New Hampshire. The Fall 2026 5K Celebration is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Memorial Field, S Fruit St, Concord, NH. The event marks the end of the program season and gives participants a tangible sense of accomplishment.
The course length is 3.1 miles and the event is non competitive with no timing clock. Participants are encouraged to walk, roll, push, run, or skip at their own pace. Events are designed to be accessible; designated parking spots are available and the course can be used by people with disabilities.
Program participants and coaches are already registered and do not need to register. 5K Buddies must register and all registrations include a liability waiver and a race bib provided by the council. Program participants receive a commemorative medal.
Event logistics include volunteer roles such as parking marshall, course monitor, water stop, and merchandise sales. Parking will be adjacent to Memorial Field with GOTR-NH volunteer attendants and police support as needed. The day also features face painting, selfie stations, and merchandise sales with cash and credit accepted. Pets are not allowed on the 5K course. There are no refunds and a cancellation due to severe weather will not be rescheduled. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
