Girls on the Run New Hampshire Spring 5K
The event is a season-closing celebratory 5K scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Memorial Field, S Fruit St, Concord, NH 03301. The 5K marks the end of the Spring program and is described as an opportunity for program participants to experience a tangible sense of accomplishment.
Teams are organized into wave assignments by county. One wave includes Belknap, Hillsborough, and Merrimack counties. A second wave includes Carroll, Cheshire, Coos, Grafton, Rockingham, Strafford, and Sullivan counties.
Buddy registration follows tiered pricing. Early registration runs from 04/07/2026 to 05/06/2026 at $20 per Buddy. Regular registration (no shirt option) runs from 05/07/2026 to 05/24/2026 at $25 per Buddy. Late registration (no shirt option) runs from 05/25/2026 to 05/28/2026 at $30 per Buddy.
