Run Through the Lights in Loudon
Yule Light Up the Night is an evening running event held on the grounds of the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon. The main course takes participants through the Gift of Lights display, providing a unique environment for the run. This event is part of the Elliot Millennium Running Series and the Anthem Holiday Hat Trick.
The event offers the following distances:
- 2.1 Miles
- 100 Yard Lil' Reindeer Run
The Lil' Reindeer Run consists of 100-yard fun runs for children divided into three age groups: 4 and younger, 5-6, and 7-8. Children who complete this distance receive a finisher medal. For the adult and youth participants in the 2.1-mile run, headlamps are provided to the first 1,000 registrants.
Post-race refreshments include water, yogurt, bananas, and snacks. Participants receive access to free digital race photos and a finisher video delivered via email. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in age groups ranging from 12 and under to over 80.
A virtual participation option is also available, allowing runners to complete their distance at a location of their choice and submit results online to earn mileage toward series rewards.
