Event Details
The Girl Scout Cookie Chaser 5K is the second annual fun run for runners, walkers, and strollers. The event is organized by the Girl Scouts of Troop 21513 and takes place in the historic town of Roebling, New Jersey.
Course
The 3.1-mile (5K) course starts at the Roebling Steel Mill. It follows an out-and-back route along town streets and paved trails.
Registration and Fees
The registration fee structure is tiered:
- $30.00 through March 1st, which includes a box of Girl Scout cookies (variety not guaranteed).
- $35.00 from March 2nd through May 8th.
- $40.00 on the day of the race, if the event is not sold out.
Amenities and Awards
Participants registering by April 25th will receive a unisex cotton t-shirt. Awards are given to overall top finishers, and medals are awarded to overall top finishers in a youth division. Race amenities also include Girl Scout cookies, water, post-race snacks, and sponsor/vendor booths.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available on Friday, May 8th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Subculture Artisan Ales in Florence, New Jersey, or on the morning of the race starting at 8:00 AM. All proceeds support the Girl Scouts of Troop 21513. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
