Gilda's Run/Walk is a community fundraiser held in Middleton on October 4, 2026. The event, in its 19th year, raises funds to support families in the local community affected by cancer. Proceeds remain local to fund free emotional support, education, and resources provided by Gilda’s Club Wisconsin.

- 2 mile walk

The event includes an on site picnic and food offerings. Ruth’s Chris will provide burgers with a vegetarian option and Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream will be offered to registrants. Beverages are available for purchase. Family oriented activities listed for the day include strolling magic, face painting, and mascot appearances from the Mallards and the Night Mares.
Fundraising is a central element. Top fundraisers and fundraising teams are eligible for awards and thank you gifts. The event lists specific fundraising tiers that correspond to program support amounts, for example $67, $132, and $300 equate to different levels of support for members.
