Lifebanc Gift of Life Walk & Run
The Lifebanc Gift of Life Walk & Run is a community event on August 23, 2026 at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The event features a 5K race and a community walking event, plus family activities, food trucks, music, and other on-site offerings. It honors organ, eye, and tissue donors, recognizes transplant recipients, and provides support and visibility for people waiting for transplants.
Fundraising supports Lifebanc’s mission to educate the community about organ, eye, and tissue donation and to provide support services for donor families in Northeast Ohio. Registration includes tiered fees: Early Bird $26 through June 5, Regular $40 from June 6 through August 20, and Late $45 from August 21 through race day.
Packet pickup is scheduled on dates prior to the event at 4775 Richmond Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44128, and on event day at Blossom Music Center. Participants receive a T-shirt, MyLaps BibTag timing results, and post race refreshments. The 5K includes awards for top male and female overall and top three male and female finishers in each age group: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
The program combines athletic elements with community remembrance and education, and all fundraising is directed to Lifebanc’s donation education and donor family support efforts. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
