Gift of Life Walk & Run
The Gift of Life Walk & Run is a fundraising event organized to support Lifebanc's work to increase organ, eye, and tissue donation in Northeast Ohio. Funds raised go toward community education about donation for transplantation and support services for donor families.
The event takes place on August 23, 2026, at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 1 Mile
Registration opens on May 1 and closes on July 31. Pre-registration prior to August 1 carries lower fees; for example, the 5K pre-registration fee is $30. Race day registration and packet pick up are listed at $35 for each distance.
Participants receive a T-shirt and BibTag timing with MyLaps results. The 5K includes awards: top male and female overall, plus top three male and female finishers in each age group 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
