Get Your Rear in Gear - Hampton Roads is a charity 5K run and walk that raises funds for the Colon Cancer Coalition. The event takes place at Matteson Trail, 300 Butler Farm Road, Hampton, Virginia, on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
